Terms and Conditions

• Sessions are billed on a weekly subscription basis.
• Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless we are notified at least 48 hours in advance.
• You may cancel your subscription by logging in to your Hivelink account or by emailing admin@foundationstfc.co.uk.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions at any time for any reason.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for informing Shrewsbury Town FC Foundation of any medical conditions or special requirements.
• We expect all participants and parents/guardians to behave respectfully and safely. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the session without a refund.
• We are not responsible for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged during sessions.
• While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, participation in sports carries inherent risks. By enrolling your child, you accept these risks and agree that Shrewsbury Town FC Foundation cannot be held liable for any injuries that may occur during sessions.
