Terms and conditions

Sessions are billed on a weekly subscription basis.

Missed sessions are non refundable and non transferable unless we are notified at least 48 hours in advance.

You may cancel your subscription by logging in to your Hivelink account or by emailing admin@foundationstfc.co.uk

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions at any time for any reason.

Parents / Guardians are responsible for informing Shrewsbury Town FC Foundation of any medical conditions or special requirements.

We expect respectful and safe behaviour from all participants and parents/guardians. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the program without a refund.

We are not responsible for any personal property lost or damaged during sessions.

While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, participation in sports carries an inherent risk. By enrolling your child, you accept that risk and agree that we are not liable for any injuries that may occur during sessions.

By subscribing to our sessions, you agree to these terms and conditions.
